British Science Week

British Science Week ran from 9th to 17th March and at Ivy Bank the children undertook a variety of different challenges, from building the strongest bridge and the strongest tower, to designing a paper aeroplane to fly the longest distance. The challenges were designed to stimulate creativity, build confidence and develop team working skills; all this with just paper, scissors and sticky tape. Lots of fun was had by all with the children, as usual, being very creative and coming up with some fantastic designs. Well done to everybody for your efforts. We have a school of budding scientists!
