• Then use the skills we have focused on in Guided Reading to answer the questions about the text. Record your answers using full sentences in your home learning book.

Maths Task

This week we are going to focus on ‘telling the time’.   

• Login to Purple Mash. In your ‘2 Do’ list you will have been allocated a maths game to play – ‘Time Clock Faces Pairs Game’. Use your knowledge of telling the time to complete the pairs game.

Science

Your last topic in science was ‘forces and magnets’. Today you need to use your knowledge on this topic to complete a science task.

• Login to Purple Mash. In your ‘2 Do’ list you will have been allocated a science activity – ‘Are They Magnetic’. Watch the video then complete the activity to show us how much you can remember. You are creating a poster to explain if objects are magnetic or not. Pick different objects and underneath use the correct scientific language to explain if they are magnetic or not. Once you have completed the task click the ‘hand in work’ button.
