Login to your bug club account. Read one (or if it is a longer book a few chapters) of the books you have been allocated and answer the bug questions.

SPAG Task

Your spelling list for this week is in the ‘Files to Download’ section on the website.

 Write each word out in your home learning book 5 times. You can use the sheet if you aren’t able to print it otherwise you can just write the words in your book.

On Purple Mash you have been allocated a spelling quiz. Check your ‘2 Do’ list and have a go at the quiz.

Maths Task

We are continuing with perimeter this week. Remember perimeter is the distance around the edge of the whole shape. Imagine you are walking around the edge of the whole shape; how far would you walk?

Have a look at the lesson notes to find out the skills you need to use to complete the pages in the workbook. You are looking at calculating the perimeter.

Complete page 195 to 198 in your Maths No Problem workbook.

(Please only complete the pages we are giving you as we will be using the books for other lessons when we return to school).

Once you have finished you can use the answers to check if you are correct.  

Writing Task

Today you are planning a pirate story.

There is more information about the task in the ‘files to download’ section.

You will be using your plan later in the week to begin writing your story.
