Login to your bug club account. Read one (or if it is a longer book a few chapters) of the books you have been allocated and answer the bug questions.

SPAG Task

Your spelling list for this week is in the ‘Files to Download’ section on the website.

Write each word out in your home learning book 5 times. You can use the sheet if you are able to print it otherwise you can just write the words in your book.

On Purple Mash you have been allocated a spelling quiz. Check your ‘2 Do’ list and have a go at the quiz.

Maths Task

This week we are looking at types of lines and shapes.

Have a look at the lesson notes to find out the skills you need to use to complete the pages in the workbook. You are going to be identifying perpendicular lines. 

Complete pages 161 to 164 in your Maths No Problem workbook.

Once you have finished you can use the answers to check if you are correct. 

Writing Task

 Today you are going to write a pirate acrostic poem. Have a look at the lesson notes in the ‘file to download’ section. There is also a video to watch.  Link to video

PSHE

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is ‘Kindness’.

A challenge for you to do over the whole week is to complete an Act of Kindness each day. (see ‘files to download’ for more information) Send your Acts of Kindness to your teacher and you will be sent a kindness cup certificate.
