Week 7 - Mental Health Day (10th Oct)

This week, we are going to explore what mental health is, what we can do to look after our mental health and how to spot the signs when someone is struggling with their mental health.

We need to understand what to do to get help with mental health difficulties and what you can do to support those struggling with mental health issues.

We need to consider the importance of being kind to all people. 

What is World Mental Health Awareness Day?

World Mental Health Awareness Day is a day each year organised by the World Federation for Mental Health. It is dedicated to focusing on a specific aspect of mental health each year.

World Mental Health Day falls on 10th October every year.
